Our Outlook
As a team, we have always been committed to providing our guests with the highest level of hospitality, comfort and safety.
As we enter into this “new normal” we have added additional procedures to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff.
On Villa Check-in Arrival:
No contact check-in. Guests may enter their Villa directly with no need to enter the lobby.
Villa guest welcome packages will be placed in a box at each Villa door providing guest entry code for your villa.
No contact check-out. Guests may simply notify us as they are checking out no need to enter into the lobby.
Villa accommodations:
Koru Village is adding enhanced cleaning protocols for our Villas.
Housekeeping staff will wear personal protective equipment throughout the cleaning process such as masks and gloves.
In addition to our thorough standard cleaning procedures, we will be focusing particular attention using CDC guidelines and approved disinfectants to all high touch areas and items in each villa. Including but not limited to remotes, door handles, kitchen items, bathrooms.
After each villa is cleaned, trained team members will then go through a sanitizing routine in each villa.
Each Villa will be supplied with hand sanitizer for your convenience as well as approved cleaning, sanitizing spray product for your use during your stay.
Throughout our Kampus:
Team members will frequently sanitize all high touch and high traffic areas. We also encourage guests to practice social distancing while on the Koru Kampus by enjoying Avon's spacious beaches, fresh air, and sunshine as much as possible.
As we prepare to welcome guests and visitors we will continue to comply with any additional government regulations. We continue to actively monitor this emerging situation and will make any adjustments recommended by the CDC, WHO and our state government.
